How to Apply for a Transfer Certificate

Parents who wish to withdraw their ward from Wilsonia Scholars’ Home must apply for a Transfer Certificate (TC) in writing. The school issues the TC after clearance of all dues, return of library books and school property, and completion of the formal application process. Adequate notice helps the office process the request smoothly and on time.

Please contact the school office for the prescribed TC application form and the current checklist of documents and clearances required before the certificate can be issued.

Important Points

• TC applications should be submitted well in advance of the intended date of leaving.
• All outstanding fees and charges must be cleared before the TC is issued.
• Library books, ID card and any school property must be returned.
• The school may require a no-dues slip from the class teacher and accounts section.
• For students moving to another board or city, ensure the TC format meets the receiving school’s requirements.
